AS PUERTO RISES UNITED, this week on I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY we speak to our friend Liliana Pickens, co-host and co-producer of the “Brincando el Charco” podcast, dedicated to keeping the Puerto Rican diaspora living in the U.S. and Puerto Ricans on the island connected. Liliana just returned from a vacation in Puerto Rico that took an unexpected turn upon the release of 889 chat pages that clearly unveiled the moral and political corruption of Puerto Rico Governor Ricardo Roselló and his circle of confidants: “There are some legal issues inside that chat. There are already lawyers coming out and saying that there are at least 7 laws that were broken through the conversation and the content of the chat. The 889 pages just uncovered and confirmed what we always thought. I mean, we know that the government is corrupt. But now it was thrown in our faces.”
