Central Florida is booming. Orlando – once known only for housing a famed oversized mouse – is now a major player in tech, finance, real estate, construction, academia and everything in between. A big portion of the population is comprised of “Transplants” from all over the world, including a huge chunk of people from Northern U.S. States who experience an incredible and sometimes challenging transition as they adjust to the unique culture of the Southeast.
