This week on I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY, we speak to Vanessa LeBoss, a Diversity & Inclusion expert who is a staunch advocate for the Disability Community: “We need to go beyond diversity and inclusion as far as making people just feel valued…to job creation. It really comes down to actual movement, actual purpose. When we are looking at a 17.9% employment of the Disability Community, that is not a number we’re OK with. EIGHTY PERCENT of individuals with disabilities are not getting, jobs and access to jobs that they are fully qualified for, and that’s not OK.
