I have SOMETHING to say!

Welcome to “I have SOMETHING to say,” where subject matter experts are unafraid and unapologetic about sharing their perspectives regarding issues that impact our lives. They speak up because they give a shit. If you’re tired of canned answers and want to FINALLY hear real people cut through the B.S. and talk about real issues, this podcast is for you.

In this episode of I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY, I chat with Mark Holman, VP of Corporate Social Responsibility of the Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP), who totally gets the challenges faced by social impact organizations aka nonprofits and CBOs.  We explore the “hot topic” of resiliency – a space he’s been working in for decades. Preparing leaders to be ready to build resilient teams that can overcome a challenging environment is Mark’s expertise. It’s not easy to build this collective resilience to adapt and grow in the face of adversity, and RBLP recognizes that the nonprofit sector serving marginalized communities may not have access to certified training in general (or enough funding to pay for it). So they are offering nonprofits their Resilience-Building Leader Program for FREE – yes, GRATIS.  If you know a front-line leader at a nonprofit that is struggling with building teams of part-time volunteers to accomplish the organization’s mission, have them contact Mark at mark.holman@resiliencebuildingleader.com
